What I do

Not a list of technologies

What I own, solve, and deliver in production environments every day.

Scale WordPress at millions of requests

Architect and manage hosting infrastructure keeping hundreds of thousands of sites online through traffic spikes, resource contention, and edge cases most engineers never see.

Harden compromised sites under pressure

Lead malware cleanup and security hardening on live, compromised sites. Find the infection vector, clean the payload, add firewall rules, all without taking the site offline.

Diagnose and resolve production outages

Own the full incident lifecycle, first alert to postmortem. PHP errors, MySQL deadlocks, OOM kills and server misconfigurations, debugged under real customer pressure.

Build and lead support engineering teams

Hire, train and manage distributed support engineers. Build the internal tooling, SOPs and escalation paths that cut response time and grow team autonomy.

Automate internal ops and tooling

Automation scripts, Ansible playbooks and internal dashboards that remove repetitive ops work and give engineers leverage at scale.

Optimize for performance at scale

Profile, benchmark and tune: from query optimization and caching layers to CDN configuration and PHP-FPM pool sizing.
